				Attraction??

 I have a question that has been bothering me.It will depend largely on personal preference.I know that things have changed over the years but I can't(refuse)to believe;that they have changed that much.This question is probably mostly for the hetrosexual females.When my wife and I were dating;women were attracted mostly to muscular,outdoorsy type,rough edged,think for themselves,males who took alot of pride in their personal
 physical appearance.Remember;this question does not consider;
 a persons;caring of others.What constitutes physical attraction;
 now?I see alot of what TV calls; male sex symbols and many of them are exactly what I wouldn't want to be physically like!On TV;
 they say that Leonardo DiCaprio(sp?)is a sex symbol.I;personaly;
 think that he looks like a wimp!I have a gymnastics background,
 workout daily and have always taken pride in remaining fairly
 muscular.Has attraction changed that much or is it just selfsatisfaction in oneself? Irish
 P.S.I realise that this is a fairly general question!

	| Irish-I think that it is a fair question, and agree with you about hollywood being a little off in their sex symbols. Maybe Leonardo is sexy to teenage girls, not to me. I think it is a jaw line for me, or strong bone structure. Not sure exactly... I like Val Kilmer, Sean Connery, Jean Luke Piccard(can't remember his name), Mel Gibson.
 I think younger women like a more feminine look.... or it seems so. I have nothing against the Leonardos' of today, just not my type. I like a man's man!

	| Sadora---FYI---My wife,I,and one of our daughters must have watched the movie(Tombstone;I think)at least 6 times!Val Kilmerplayed Doc Holliday in it.His portrayel alone made the movie great!
 I think that he is a fantastic actor.He remakes himself to fit the part.He did a fantastic job playing Jim Morrison!I have seen most of his movies because he does such a great job.I think that my
 favorite male actor is Russel Crowe.I picture him as a mans;man.
 Irish
 P.S.My $.02.
 P.P.S.I also think that Mel Gibson is great.One of my favorite movies was one of his firsts.I think that was made in Austrailia(sp)
 He played a highway patrolman seeking revenge.

	| Patrick Stewart...Jean Luc Picard
 Oh yum.

 Yep. My ideas are not the standard Hollywood forced ones.....

 I've got a list around here somewhere of men who turn my crank. Where'd I put that thing?

 Kevin Spacey......another yummy man.

 I don't care if they have hair, if they have a belly, or big feet...

	| Bilbo---Thank You!You're right!I must have watched that 20 times.It's one of those films that I know what is going to happen;but watch it anyway.
 As far as Kevin Spacey goes.The story is that he is gay and has no
 attraction to females.I don't think that it has ever been proven.
 Half of the Hollywood stories are crap anyway.They prolong a story until another more interesting story comes along!
 Example:Gary Condit(whatever)Sept.11 happened and you heard no more of the story. Irish

	| Thanks for the name! I own most of Val Kilmer's movies as well.... you and I agree on his acting skills.Oh, another thought... not really a Brad Pitt fan, but in Legends of the Fall, he was so f**king yummy. Another excellent film!

 Kevin Spacey?? Maybe in a gay pshycopath sort of way. LOL
 Seriously, there is something in his eyes.

 Is funny... In real life, I like things like legs and fingers. Nothing sexier than a man with nice hands..... also a runners/swimmers build. Maybe because most of the men's men I have met have been a little too manly! Is cocky the right word?? Not sure... hard to put a finger on it.
